We want our customers to feel more connected to their food, so in the Learn section you will find information about the science of seasoning and why good quality ingredients matter. At the heart of BoTree is a desire to share our love of gourmet food and exquisite seasoning. We want to shine a light on the role seasoning plays in every dish, how it can be used to enhance aromas and flavours and ultimately, transform your cooking. We have invested years in the art of seasoning, from growing our own Kampot Pepper to learning top tips from Michelin-star chefs, and we want to share our expertise of how to season to perfection with you.
Sharing the adventure
Most exciting of all, let our spice shop take you on a worldwide tour through Cambodian pepper plantations, Guatemalan cardamom forests and Iceland’s oceanic kelp.
To make our shop more user-friendly, we have divided it into 3 sections:
Pepper and Seasoning
Our Great Taste award-winning Kampot pepper is lovingly grown on our ethical family farm in Kampot - recognised as the world's finest region for growing pepper due to it's mineral-rich soil and perfect climate. Certified organic and PGI rated, Kampot Pepper is known as the champagne of pepper.
Single Origin Spices
For the foodie who understands the importance of provenance and organic methods, here are the most sought after spices to cook with- directly from smallholder farmers all over the world to your kitchen in Britain.
Pepper Mills and Salt Pots
Our range has something for everyone - from Cole & Mason's modern and chic look to Peugeot antique and rustic vibe. All our grinders are designed for ease of use, durability and to look beautiful on the table top and kitchen counters alike.
