BoTree talks at Fabulous Food Finds Tasting Theatre

We absolutely loved being at BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham for four days. We had a great time on the stall meeting fellow foodies and it was a total honour (yet again!) to be invited to talk with Katy Truss at the Fabulous Food Finds Tasting Theatre.

Peter Schabbicke (founder of BoTree) talked about the art of seasoning, which involved a brief history about spices, as well as guiding the audience through a tasting of our single origin spices. Peter explained why spices are so important and how they can be used to elevate your cooking.

A massive thank you for everyone who came and listened, we love sharing our seasoning wisdom with food lovers and we are incredibly passionate about making the switch away from supermarket spices and towards using single origin spices. We really hope you enjoyed tasting some of our finest spices, which are all ethically sourced from small holder farmers across the globe.
