BoTree Green Kampot Pepper: Harvested while still immature, BoTree Kampot Green Peppercorns are preserved by mixing together with Kampot Fleur de Sel before being air dried.
The texture is crunchy while the flavour is full of rounded, warming spice that gently heats the back of your palette. There is a delightful vibrancy and the long finish is punchy and luxurious.
These pepper berries bring a real lift to whatever you add them to.
Sprinkle into salads, fried rice, over pizzas or omelettes. Add to paté and cheese, caramel or chocolate. Embed in pork pies, Scotch eggs or any other kind of pie! Snack on them over a beer or glass of wine.

Judges Comments:
This is an attractive, olive green pepper mix - once ground, the pepper blend was distinctive with a good hit of pepper and salt. The pepper element was fresh and lively and long lasting. We felt this would be great to elevate and complement many dishes.
This pepper is fragrant and almost herbal in aroma. We really liked the addition of the fleur de sel and felt it tempered the flavour. An initial gentleness in the mouth leads to a fiery aftertaste. There is a herbal note to the taste that we enjoyed.
