These garlic bulbs are grown in the mountains of Cao Bằng, Vietnam, by a group of farmers.They come from an heirloom variety, featuring a purple stripe on their skin and bulbs, those of which are half the size of your regular supermarket garlic. 

These tasty bulbs are harvested and left unpeeled for extra flavour, dried and ground. This process further deepens the delectable herby, spicy sensation. 

This garlic possesses both a sweet and savoury taste, which gives it depth and complexity unlike no other.The flavour is bursting with brown butter, hazelnut and fennel. It ramps up every recipe that it is added to.
