Have yourself a finely spiced Christmas!

We’ve put together a list of our favourite Christmas recipes which taste utterly divine in combination with our range of single origin spices and gourmet seasonings!

How to make Mulled Wine:

Combine all ingredients in a big pot and put on the stove on a medium heat. Make sure not to over boil, keep at a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer gently over low heat for 10 minutes. Our favourites spices to use in mulled wine are: Star Anise, Pemba Cloves and Royal Cinnamon. Serve warm and garnish with more citrus slices and cinnamon sticks.

How to season the perfect Christmas Turkey?

We love roasting turkey with Flowering Hyssop Thyme, Garlic Powder and Sweet Pepper Paprika - and of course, our Kampot Pepper and Fleur de Sel. We like using Raymond Blanc’s recipe from BBC Good Food as a guideline which is a simple recipe (which helps reduce the Christmas stress) and it creates a deliciously tender and juicy turkey!

It’s not Christmas without Roast Potatoes!

Put your favourite winter vegetables (potatoes, parsnips, carrots etc) in an oven tray, drizzle with a substantial amount of olive oil and the most important part is making sure you use gourmet seasoning! Our favourite spices to season roast vegetables with are Flowering Hyssop Thyme, Turkish Oregano Buds, Fleur de Sel and Black Kampot Pepper.

And a nutroast for the vegetarians!

We love this heavenly recipe from BBC Good Food, which uses red lentils, chestnut mushrooms, mature cheddar cheese and mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, hazlenuts and brazil nuts).

But as always the flavour is in the seasoning! That’s why you’ll want to use our Turkish Oregano Buds and Smoked Pimenton Paprika to truly transform this nutroast.

Don’t forget gingerbread biscuits

We love this ginger bread biscuit recipe from BBC Good Food - it’s a simple yet delicious recipe and tastes heavenly with our Buffalo Ginger and Royal Cinnamon.
